I have a different style of training from a lot of bodybuilders. I need to move a lot of weight in order to grow. Everything I do involves a lot of weight using drop sets and super sets. I have a lot of different training methods so I am just providing one example here.
LEGS
Squats:
10 sets of pyramiding weights all the way to a 1 or 2 rep max and then a drop set at 225 for 20 reps.
Front squats:
4 sets pyramiding weights with the last set at 5 reps
Leg press:
5 sets pyramiding weights but keeping reps at about 10-12
Extensions:
3 sets of pyramiding weights with the 3rd set at 8 reps then 3 sets of drop sets starting at a heavy weight and going to a light weight with reps all the same—approximately 6-8
Walking lungs:
3 sets across the parking lot
